Q: What are our Delivery Terms & Conditions?

FREE delivery for all UK orders over £30 (UK)

Please note, we only deliver within the UK, select products detailed below are also subject to postcode area restrictions within the UK.

Goods are normally despatched within 2 working days of receiving payment. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order in full within this period, we will notify you.

We use Royal Mail for deliveries, however, select products and larger items are sent via UPS or UK Mail. All orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days from date of posting. If we need to investigate the non-arrival of an item, we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form.

Restricted postcode areas:
Please note, Skin Doctors Ingrow Go is subject to delivery restrictions. We cannot offer delivery to
Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands, The Shetlands, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands. Any order placed with an address from these areas will be cancelled and refunded. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Q: What if I purchased the wrong product or am not happy with my purchase?

A: If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product Skin Doctors will gladly give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the product remains un-opened, unused and is in a re-saleable condition. Please contact our customer service team via the contact us page or call 0845 612 2070 for details on how to return the product.

We will only process a refund if the returned item is unopened, unused and is in a re-saleable condition. If this is not the case you will be notified that no refund is available and the return of the item to you will be at your cost.

If you return the item because of damage, defects or incorrect or incomplete delivery we will exchange or refund the price you paid for the item excluding delivery but will cover the costs of the delivery charge to return the item to our Head Office. You must enclose a valid receipt for the return delivery costs.

If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are required to arrange and pay for the delivery costs to return the item to Head Office. You should use a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt. We will not be responsible for items returned that are lost in transit.

Refunds will only be made as credits against the original credit/debit card used to purchase the item.

This policy only applies to purchases made on www.skindoctors.co.uk or by phone through our Sales department.

All claims are individually assessed and all approved returns are credited back to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase. We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. Therefore, all approved returns are firstly refunded and then a new order is created.

 

Q: I want to re-order a product that I purchased last time but I’ve forgotten what it’s called.

A: Your past orders can be viewed once you’ve logged into My Account. Click here to log in now. Alternatively, call Customer Services on 0845 612 2070

 

Q: I have a discount code. How do I use it?

A: Once you add a product into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, a discount code box will be visible in the summary of your order. Simply enter in your discount code in the space provided, click on 'apply'. Your basket will then automatically update and reflect your discount.

 

Q: How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

Q: I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get into My Account?

A: Simply click into the My Account login screen. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and submit the email address you used to register with www.skindoctors.co.uk and we’ll send you an email with your password.

 

Q: I need to change my delivery address.

A: Once you have logged into My Account you can change your delivery and / or billing address.
