Q What if I purchased the wrong product or am not happy with my purchase?

A If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product Skin Doctors will gladly give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the product remains un-opened, unused and is in a re-saleable condition. Please contact our customer service team via the contact us page or call 0845 612 2070 for details on how to return the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products.

Q I want to re-order a product that I purchased last time but I’ve forgotten what it’s called.

A Your past orders can be viewed once you’ve logged into My Account. Click here to log in now. Alternatively, call Customer Services on 0845 612 2070

Q I have a discount code. How do I use it?

A Once you add a product into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, a discount code box will be visible in the summary of your order. Simply enter in your discount code in the space provided, click on 'apply'. Your basket will then automatically update and reflect your discount.

Q How much does delivery cost?

A For orders with a value of £30 or more, delivery is free. For orders with a value less than £30, there is a delivery charge of £2.99 to addresses in the UK only. Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally.

Q How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

A We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and all orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days from date of posting. If we need to investigate the non-arrival of an item, we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us at customer-services@pharmacareeurope.com or call 0845 612 2070 and quote your order number.

Q I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get into My Account?

A Simply click into the My Account login screen. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and submit the email address you used to register with www.skindoctors.co.uk and we’ll send you an email with your password.

Q I need to change my delivery address.

A Once you have logged into My Account you can change your delivery and / or billing address.
